I. Terms of service
important wall of text you need to read before commisioning me ( ˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈♡)
1. Payment
• Upfront payment only
• Work will not begin until payment has been received2. Refunds & Cancellation
• Full refund before work on piece starts, please inform me in a timely manner ➤Work is considered started once planning or drafting begins
• Customer may cancel at any time, but there will be no refunds if work has started
• If the customer is inactive for 5+ weeks, I may cancel the commission without obligation to complete it or issue a refund
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission I am not comfortable with, or for personal reasons3. Price Variation
• Price varies depending on scope, complexity, and add-ons
• Additional fees may apply for major revisions, monetized content, and NDA commissions4. Revisions
• Revisions are only available during the rough color and composition sketch phase
• Up to 10 revisions total are allowed, with a maximum of 2 major revisions, free of charge
• Once this limit is reached or the sketch phase is approved, no further revisions will be made
• Minor corrections to artist errors are always fixed at no cost5. Usage Rights
a.)Personal use
• Customer may use artwork for personal & non-commercial use only
• Credit my account when posting the finished artwork online
• Customer must follow the rules listed under Prohibited Useb.) Commercial Use
• My commercial license only includes: Profile Pictures, Digital avatars, Online Banners, Website graphics
• you do not own the artwork itself or the right to resell it
• license does not cover merchandising or freebies
• Pricing varies depending on brand size, reach, and intended usec.) Prohibited Use
DO NOT use any part of the commission for AI training, NFTs or blockchain-related content.
DO NOT alter my artwork without permission.
DO NOT claim my artwork as your own.
DO NOT resell or redistribute files/artwork.
DO NOT associate my artwork with hateful groups or speeches.6. Private & NDA commissions
• Private commissions will not be posted or mentioned publicly, but may be used in my portfolio (no extra fee).
• Full NDA commissions (no posting, no mention, no portfolio use) are charged extra7. communication and inquiries
• I will provide the customer regular progress updates
• communication options: VGen, Instagram DMs, TikTok DMs & Email

III. Process & File Details
Process
Submit your commision request. If you aren't using VGen please use the google form below to apply
Once the request's been confirmed, i will reach out to you.
After reaching an agreement the customer will pay the decided amount.
Turnover time is 2~6 weeks. Might be shorter or longer depending on complexity.
Average workflow: [Composition drafts ➤ Sketch ➤ B&W render ➤ Coloring & Detailing ➤Finalize work ➤ Finished piece delivery] I will reach out to you between every step of the process to hear your opinion. I will not continue with the next step before there is confirmation.
Final artwork will be delivered through Email or Google Drive as a PNG (for non VGen users)
